Simonton Asure Double Hung Window

The Simonton Asure window offers a narrow frame design that allows you to have more glass and less frame, thus increasing the amount of natural light in your home.  It also has a fusion welded frame for increased strength and a stepped sill design to force water away from your home.  The Assure comes with a Tilt-In/Lift-Out sash for easy cleaning and is available in Double Hung, Slider, Picture, and Geometric styles.  Glass options include double-strength, tempered, obscure, and gray and bronze tints. Available with ProSolar Low-E Glass and Argon gas.

All Simonton Windows come with a Double-Lifetime Limited Warranty.  This warranty is transferrable once and covers vinyl, hardware, screens, and insulated glass units.
