Windows/Sliding Patio Doors
Sunrise Products: Sunrise Window Lifetime Non-Prorated Transferable Window & Sliding Door Warranty. Also included is the 30 year Alside G-8 Trim Coil Warranty – this is the product used to cap all windows and doors.
Alside Products: Alside Window Systems Double Lifetime Window/Sliding Patio Door Warranty includes warranty for all Vinyl Sash Frames, Vinyl Main Frames, Moving Parts of the BasicWindow Unit (balance to raise and lower the window sash, brass wheels to slide the sash, locking mechanism), Fiberglass Screening and Screen Frame, and the Insulating Glass Unit. Alside also provides a 50 year Transferable Warranty to the next homeowner. Also included is the 30 year Alside G-8 Trim Coil Warranty – this is the product used to cap all windows and doors. Jeld-Wen Products: Jeld-Wen products carry a Limited 20 Year Warranty.
Marvin Products: Marvin guarantees their Signature, Elevate, and Essential window series with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, extended tot he owner of the building that the product is installed on. This warranty is fully transferable. It protects various parts of the windows against defects including glass components, stainless steel hardware, exterior cladding finish, and interior finish.
Weather Shield Products: All Weather Shield Products carry a 20 Year Limited Warranty stating that their products will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Simonton Products: Simonton products carry a Double-Lifetime Limited Warranty on vinyl, hardware, and screens and states that the product will be free from non-conformities in material and workmanship. The glass has a 20 year lifetime prorated warranty; laminated glass carries a 20 year warranty; factory-applied exterior coating carries a 10 year warranty; as well as a 3 year glass breakage warranty. The Reflections 5500 series carries a Double-Lifetime Limited Warranty as well.
Pella Products: Pella offers a limited lifetime warranties on all of their fiberglass, vinyl, and wood window options for owner-occupied single-family homes. This is nontransferrable and protects against defects in each of their window products.
Additional Options: Alside Lifetime Glass Breakage Warranty states that if the window glass breaks or cracks, Alside will provide a new sealed glass unit at no charge. This does not include Acts of God including floods, hail storms, earthquakes, fires and acts of civil unrest).
Workmanship (on all window products): Sunshine Contracting provides a Lifetime Workmanship/Installation Warranty on all windows and doors we install.
Siding & Trim/Capping/Shutters
Alside Products: Alside Double Lifetime Warranty which warrants against blistering, corroding, flaking, and peeling under normal use and service. Alside Vinyl Siding, Soffit, and Accessories are also warranted against damage caused by hail. Alside Lifetime Limited Fade Protection which warrants that the products will not excessively fade. Alside also provides a 50 year Transferrable Warranty to the next homeowner. Also included is the 30 year Alside G-8 Trim Coil Warranty.
James Hardie Products: HardiePlank lap siding, HardiePanel Vertical Siding, HardieShingle Siding, and HardieSoffit Panels come with a 30 year nonprorated, transferable, limited warranty. James Hardie ColorPlus products carry a 15 year Express Limited Finish Warranty. This warrants that the product will not peel, crack, or chip.
Mastic Siding Products: Ply Gem offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on their Mastic Siding products. This warranty is also transferable to new owners of the home for 50 years from the date of your siding installation.
MidAmerica Shutters: MidAmerica Siding Components offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of their shutter products. From the time of installation, MidAmerica shutters are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and excessive fading under normal use. Note: The lifetime warranty on these shutters ends with the sale of your property or will be pro-rated in the case of a permitted transferee.
Progressive Foam: PFT guarantees their siding insulation products with the strongest warranty in the industry. It covers the insulation underlayment for as long as you and/or the subsequent homeowner live in the home, so you can rest assured your home will maintain its energy efficiency and insulation benefits for decades to come.
GreenGuard: Kingspan Insulation LLC offers a 10 and 15 year warranty on their GreenGuard RainDrop building wrap, guaranteeing the product’s performance to published specifications for up to 15 years. This guarantees that the product will prevent any water from entering your wall system while allowing moisture vapor to escape through the breathable, non-perforated wrap.
Fypon: Fypon’s Decorative trim and mouldings are warranted with a limited lifetime warranty to homeowners. This guarantees that the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the residence. This warranty is non-transferrable.
Workmanship (on all siding/trim products): Sunshine Contracting will provide a 10 year Workmanship Warranty (that is 9 more years than is required by State Law).
Doors
ProVia Products:All ProVia entry doors include a Lifetime Transferable Warranty which warrants that the doors will not shrink, warp, split, crack, or delaminate for as long as you own and live in the Home in which the product was installed. Decorative Glass & Internal Blinds are warranted against seal failure and defects in material and workmanship for 10 years.
Therma-Tru Products: Therma-Tru Classic- Craft American Style Collection, Mahogany Collection, Rustic Collection, Oak Collection, Canvas Collection, Fiber-Classic Mahogany Collection, and Oak Collection, and Fiberglass Smooth-Star doors all come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Profiles Steel doors come with a 10 Year Limited Warranty. Traditions Steel doors come with a 5 Year Limited Warranty. All stains have a 5 Year Limited Warranty. Sunshine Contracting offers a Lifetime Labor & Workmanship Warranty on all Therma-Tru door installations.
Andersen Products: Andersen Storm Doors are protected by a lifetime limited warranty which covers the paint adhesion, storm door hinges, and storm door frame. Other components also come with a 5 year limited warranty. This warranty is nontransferable.
Schlage Hardware: Schlage Hardware products include a lifetime warranty. Hardware accessories (kick plates, mail/magazine slots, door knockers, peepsites, door closers) carry a 5 year warranty and are warranted against mechanical defects and tarnishing.
Workmanship (on all door products): Sunshine Contracting provides a Lifetime Workmanship/Installation Warranty on all doors we install.
Roofing
GAF Products – GAF Royal Sovereign shingles carry a 25 Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty. GAF Timberline and all GAF Designer Series shingles carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

CertainTeed Products – CertainTeed XT 25 shingles carry a 25 Year Limited Transferable Warranty against manufacturing defects called SureStart protection.
IKO Shingles – IKO provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for its shingle products.
Additional Options
GAF Premium Weather Stopper System Plus Lifetime Warranty – The GAF Premium Weather Stopper System Plus Lifetime Warranty covers the entire roofing system and is transferable for free to the next homeowner. The System Plus Warranty is a 50 year up-front 100% coverage period for manufacturing defects.
GAF Golden Pledge Warranty – The Golden Pledge Warranty is a complete Lifetime GAF Roofing System and can only be offered by GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractors. After we register your warranty, GAF will send an inspector out to your home to inspect the installation to ensure it is up to manufacturer’s specifications. This warranty covers manufacturing defects AND workmanship, whether or not the contractor remains in business, for 50 years. The Golden Pledge Warranty may be transferred once for free to the next homeowner.
CertainTeed offers an extended warranty protection called SureStart Plus. This may only be offered by CertainTeed Shingle Masters and is a 50 year transferable, non-prorated material and labor warranty.
Workmanship (on all roofing products): Sunshine Contracting will provide a 10 year Workmanship Warranty (that is 9 more years than is required by State Law).
Gutters
Rain Pro Products: All Premium Englert Rain Pro Gutter Systems carry a Transferrable Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty which warrants against blistering, flaking, chipping, cracking, peeling, splitting, rotting, red rust, and structural deterioration.
Workmanship (on all gutter products): Sunshine Contracting offers a 10-year clog-free warranty with the purchase of Gutters, Downspouts, and Englert MicroGuard Leaf Protection. 20 Year Manufacturer Seamless Gutter/Downspout Material Warranty.
