“We recently had our entire house re-sided by Sunshine Contractors and the results surpassed our expectations! Our project manager, Nate, was straightforward with pricing… and never used high-pressure sales tactics… Our home looks brand new, and we have received so many compliments from neighbors and friends!”
“This is the second time we have used Sunshine Contracting. They replaced all our windows two years ago and we were very pleased. So when it came time to replace our roof – the decision on who to use was an easy one. They installed the roof and cleaned up all in a day. Again, we couldn’t be more pleased!”
“Sunshine contracting totally transformed my house! They provided a quote, walked me through the process, and once the contract was executed they delivered! The install crew and craftsmanship was amazing, the project management team was in constant contact throughout the process so I always felt I was in the loop, and the estimator was spot on! I totally recommend this company.”

Very happy with my new door from Sunshine! Great team, super responsive will definitely use them again.
A couple of weeks ago we had two doors replaced -- the storm door in the front of our house and the interior door leading to our garage. The product and the installation were wonderful, with no problems at all. Courteous installers who took the time to show us the final product and how everything worked. A great experience, and I’ll call them again for more work in the future. Thanks!
These guys replaced our roof and siding and did a great job, a year later, everything looks great. Good price, and excellent cleanup.
They did a great job on replacing our basement windows. Fair price, quick and clean work. They came recommended by others in my neighborhood. Very happy with the update they did!
Sunshine is the greatest. Their planners and crews are extremely experienced and professional. We’ve used them for a roof, siding, and multiple doors over the years and each time we are amazed at their thoroughness.
Great company! We had them replace all of the siding on our house with Hardie. Excellent job!! The crew took great pride in their work and did an excellent and efficient job. We have since had them replace a window, storm door, and sliding doors. Once again, they did a quick and thorough job. They quickly took care of any extra requests we had. They want to do the very best job they can and it shows. THANK YOU!!
Super fast response time to come out and give an estimate and time frame. Their installation crew got the work done quickly and efficiently. Windows looked great. Would highly recommend them.
We got rake board replaced recently. One of the most efficient and professional companies I have come across. From estimates to completing the project they were efficient, courteous and most important punctual. The communication throughout the process was good. I will highly recommend Sunshine.
I had a great experience working with Sunshine Contracting and highly recommend them. They replaced the siding on my townhouse with Hardie plank and painted it to match my required HOA colors. The project manager kept me well informed, and the crew did an extremely high quality job. The final product looks great!
I recently recommended you all to one of my co-workers after you replaced my windows and gutters. This recommendation resulted in Sunshine Contracting providing his window replacement. Keep up the straight forward honest approach! It and word of mouth will definitely keep you busy!
The quality of work and how quickly they finished the project was great. Nate was amazing to work with for my new siding and gutters. I appreciated how often he reached out to me to communicate updates, changes, etc.
Installation of my patio door was A+ and very happy.
Sunshine did a great job! On time, professional, and very good installation. Lee and his co-worker did a wonderful job on the window installation. Beautiful. Clean. Thank you!
Sunshine did a great job and completed the deck in a timely manner. It was nice that they were able to use my existing foundations.
The door was installed in record time in the freezing cold. The quality of the door, threshold, siding, etc is perfect. We love our new door!!!
Sunshine is professional, efficient, and gives you a great roof. What more could you want?
I just finished a siding project with Sunshine. Excellent company. I got quotes from Lowe’s and Home Depot – Sunshine saved me more than 25% and did great work. They finished everything on time and know their job.
My husband and me are very happy with the job Sunshine Contracting did for our gutters. Helpful, fast, and allover great experience.
What initially impressed me with Sunshine Contracting was how they weren’t focused on ‘making the sale.’ At no time did I feel pressured into buying or signing anything. Throughout the entire process of selecting windows, doors, etc., I felt confident that Sunshine would do an expert and professional job. They did not let me down.
I had a wonderful experience working with Sunshine Contracting on a roofing project. I was in a tight timeline due to a new baby and they were able to deliver on a faster timeline than I thought – they over-delivered consistently instead of over-promising, which is a huge plus in contracting. I have already booked them for future work on my gutters.
Everyone who has seen our new deck has commented on what an excellent job it was. Several people commented that it seemed to be above code! We have already given your info to several of our neighbors. Thank you for an excellent job!
Sunshine Contracting is a great company to work with! Very happy with the installation of our new front door. The installers were polite, professional and took care to thoroughly clean the worksite. Highly recommend!
No pressure sales – just honest, technical, and professional.
They were reliable and responsive and once they made the estimate they completed the work at the agreed upon price. I received another estimate for the same work and it was significantly higher in price using the same materials.
We had our roof replaced, and the turn around was quick. Sunshine was great at keeping us informed about the delivery and installation. The job was completed on time and looks AWESOME!
Sunshine Contracting is the best contractor I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many. Everyone from Mike Ross, Scott and the trim crew were great! Very easy to deal with! The trim crew deserves an A+ for their work. And NO debris left behind! Call Sunshine Contracting, you will not be disappointed!
Tim Collins from Sunshine Contracting provided an overall assessment of the roof and gutters condition. The installation crew arrived on time and worked non-stop to complete the roof tear off and installation. The warranty on the GAF HD shingles and Sunshine’s workmanship warranty are excellent. I had 6 estimates and Sunshine worked with me to match another bid.
Have been very happy with the recent Hardie Plank and siding installation; my house looks like new. Ryan, Scott and entire crew were very professional, very responsive to all my questions; I am a very detailed person. I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting for all of your home improvement projects.
I was most satisfied with the window replacements they did, it was really great. They look great and are really well done. My husband and I were very happy with the job they did on that.
Excellent workmanship. Very efficient, professional and timely. We were extremely pleased with the work and the customer service is phenomenal! We even got money back after the job was finished because we overpaid and we didn’t even know it. I love their honesty!
Good value. Estimate was the most accurate of the three I had from other vendors. Good work, good price, great experience.
Friendly communication and quick responses.
I would give Sunshine Contracting 10 stars if I could! I will definitely use them again in the future. They are the best!
Sunshine Contracting has built a new deck for us, added siding to our existing shed and installed a new front entry door. We are pleased with all three projects and happy to have found a company we can trust to do quality work!
It is with pleasure that I commend Sunshine Contracting on a job well done on my roof. Scott and AJ were knowledgeable and responsive to all my concerns throughout the process. Additionally, they were patient during my research that clearly identified them as the best contractor for my needs. Bravo Zulu, Sunshine Contracting – and thank you for everything!
Sunshine Contracting was great – very professional and timely. The windows are wonderful. The installation was very impressive – one window at a time, quick, clean. Ryan Sabo, owner, is local. He has built his business by being true to his word.
We had Hardie board siding installed and they did a great job and exceeded our expectations. We had certain requests and demands and Sunshine’s management and workers were able to fulfill them all.
They re-did my roof and I am very happy with the job they did. Estimate was quick and self-explanatory. No salesman pitch. Very competitive pricing.
We had Sunshine replace 16 windows in our townhouse earlier this week. The workmanship was excellent and the workers took great care in cleaning up during the process. They were very professional, courteous and on time. They replaced all of the windows all within about 6 hours. I was amazed. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Contracting to anyone who is looking for exterior work on their house.
