At Sunshine Contracting, we take pride in what we do and we are constantly striving to improve. Sunshine Contracting has over 24 years of experience and we use the same crew for every installation, unlike other companies that subcontract their installations and you never know who you will get to install your windows – this creates inconsistency in installation and causes servicing issues down the road.
A Testament to Professionalism
Sunshine Contracting holds certifications and affiliations from numerous organizations both local and national. The affiliations and certifications Sunshine Contracting carries are a testament to our level of professionalism and expertise. Please take a look at our certifications and affiliations!
Quality Work, Fast Results & Low Prices
Choosing an exterior remodeling company can be a confusing and overwhelming endeavor. There are hundreds of companies, both large and small, in the local area alone, all promising some of the same things: quality work, fast results, and low prices.
The answer for most people lies in the truth behind those claims. Quality, results and price are important factors in the process for most homeowners but determining which company can actually deliver on those promises can be difficult. This makes it important for homeowners to know what to look for and what to ask when planning their home improvement and remodeling project.
All of Sunshine Contracting’s employees are local! When you call Sunshine Contracting and set up an appointment with our consultant, we will sit down and speak with you and get a grasp for what exactly you are looking for. Together, we will take a look at what you currently have (or don’t have) and build a design that will create the deck of your dreams! Whether it is pressure treated or composite, we will build your deck with the utmost detail and always to county code. Sunshine Contracting is responsible for the ordering and delivery of all materials, as well as for scheduling inspections through the appropriate county. When the job is complete and at the end of each work day, we will do a thorough clean up leaving your yard just as clean as when we arrived on the job!
The reason Sunshine Contracting is great at what it does is because we have the processes and procedures in place that make us efficient and effective. We have the latest technology and software that helps keep us organized. When you call our office during office hours, you will get a live person to speak to, not a machine! Throughout the production process, we strive to keep you updated – you even get a production manager to ensure your job gets properly ordered and done in a timely manner. In addition, we offer special financing for our customers with approved credit. We offer great prices for a premium service. At Sunshine Contracting, we do quality work at a very fair price – this can be reflected in the amount of referrals we receive! A large portion of our business comes from referrals because we are great at what we do, provide fair prices, and have the best customer service in the industry!
We truly have the best manufacturer warranties to go along with the best labor and installation warranties. The reason we can offer the best warranties in the market is because we spend lot of time on making sure our crews are properly trained and certified by each manufacturer which is also helps us separate ourselves from our competition. It is because of this that we can offer extended warranties through the manufacturer that other companies simply cannot offer to you. We take safety very seriously. Yes, almost all companies are careful and are supposedly using OSHA guidelines when it comes to safety, but we have gone above and beyond to ensure our employees are as safe as humanly possible. All of our employees have gone through an 8 hour safety program with OSHA to ensure that. The difference is our crews are not just trying to be safe, but hey have been trained to do so. That is a relief for everyone.
The Important Questions
Sunshine Contracting was featured in a Manassas Journal article that asked for our expert advice on this very issue – we were interviewed at a job site of a roof that we were replacing in Alexandria. The article talks about how to choose a contractor, and things you, as a homeowner, should look for.
Financial Responsibility – We recommend dealing only with financially responsible companies – financially responsible means that they should have company vehicles and own a place of business and operation. Sunshine Contracting owns our office building as well as our fleet of vehicles.
Committed and There For the Long Haul – Think of your future services you may have or warranty claims – you want a company that is going to be around to make good on their warranties. Sunshine Contracting has been in business for over 25 years!
Licensed and Insured – Sunshine Contracting is fully licensed and insured to protect you and our employees.
Properly Trained and Certified in Each Trade – Specialty certifications are very important. Without proper training from the manufacturers on how to properly install their products, many warranties will be void. You want a company that knows what they are doing and have a stamp of approval from the manufacturer itself if available. Sunshine Contracting has dozens of certifications in each specialty trade.
References – Always check local references and verify longevity. Sunshine Contracting has over 10,000 satisfied customers, and the list is growing!
Communication and Customer Service – Take into consideration communication & customer service and being available (full time staff). All of this compared to “Chuck in the Truck” who is working out of his basement, sub-contracting all his work, has no insurance and no longevity in the industry.
