Our Process
A member of the Sunshine Contracting team will come and meet with you at your home. During this meeting, we will evaluate the current state of your roof. We will help educate you on all the possible options for your home and work together to choose a shingle that will best meet your needs. Taking into consideration your future plans and the current look and feel of your home, we will also help you pick a color. If you would like, we also could give you addresses to homes we have replaced the roof on in the past so you can see the color in person.
When you decide to move forward with Sunshine Contracting for your roof replacement, our Operations Manager, Corey Rivera, will call and walk you through the process of material ordering and installation. On the day of material delivery and of installation we ask that you keep the driveway clear to allow easy access for delivery and removal of old shingles. Most roofs are installed in one day. Our crew arrives early in the morning and will work until dark if needed! At the end of the job, our crew does a walk through with a nail magnet to ensure that all nails and debris have been picked up. We will leave you with a clean yard and a beautiful new roof!
