Sunshine Contracting started in Woodbridge in 1993, and we’re still here, still family owned, and still working out of the same corner of Prince William County. In thirty-three years we’ve watched a lot of exterior remodeling companies come and go around us. Most of them sold hard, cut corners somewhere, and eventually folded.
We stayed because we do the boring things well. We show up when we say we will. We put a project manager with a real cell number on every job. We clean up the yard before we leave. And we don’t chase people who aren’t ready to buy.
