A Reston townhouse: Hardie siding, then new gutters

This townhouse in 20191 was built before 1978 and still had its original wood siding. The signed contract took the wood off and replaced it with James Hardie lap siding in Cedarmill texture and Khaki Brown, over HardieWrap and Neopor fanfold insulation, and it included the neighboring wall on the north side of the back.

The old gutters and downspouts were hauled away. New 5-inch seamless K-style gutters went up on hidden screw hangers, with new 2×3 downspouts and adapters to connect them to the extensions already at the ground. Leaf guards went on top of the new gutters, and the contract called for disposing of any old guards.

Can you replace the gutters on just one townhouse in a row?
