We’d love to introduce you to the Sunshine Contracting team! Every member of the Sunshine team plays a very important role in delivering the exceptional customer service we strive to provide. Each of us has our specific role and set of responsibilities, which is what makes Sunshine Contracting so great and is the reason we are able to provide you with a seamless, stress free exterior remodeling experience! When we say team, we truly mean it – day in and day out, we work together to provide you with the absolute best quality products, services, and installation experience you can get. Ryan Sabo
Ryan is a proud local, a resident of Clifton who attended W.T. Woodson High School and George Mason University. Growing up, Ryan knew he wanted to become a small business owner and when he realized his passion for exterior remodeling, he founded Sunshine Contracting in 1993. Ryan’s integrity and character have led Sunshine to truly be “exterior experts for everything under the sun” and is currently ranked #128 of exterior contractors in the nation! Sunshine Contracting continues to grow with over 25,000 satisfied customers proving he is a leader in quality products and workmanship. Meeting with potential customers every day, he takes pride in thoroughly educating clients about our products and helping them create beautiful home exteriors. He is a Siding Specialist and enjoys designing the home exterior to give the home a true makeover. Ryan is a sports enthusiast who loves the Redskins and is a Washington Wizards season ticket holder. Happily married to his wife Kim for 15 years, Ryan enjoys playing golf and tennis, as well as spoiling his three dogs; Bella, Baxter and Callie.

Nate Sullivan
Nate was born into a proud Navy family in which his father served 20 yrs. He started off in sunny San Diego then moved to Newport News and finished off in the New England area. When his father got out of the military he moved to a small town called Nokesville, Virginia. He graduated from Brentsville High School and went on to attend college at NOVA. During that time Nate started a career that last 14 yrs in restaurants. Nate joined Sunshine in 2015 and is in charge of managing the Siding and Trim department here at Sunshine. He is most known for his passion for sports and family. He has 3 beautiful children which are separated by around 12 months each. They take up most of his time and when they aren’t he is either watching sports or playing golf.

Cole Stempa
Cole knows the meaning of hard work as he has been working as a carpenter since he was 19 years old. He has a tremendous work ethic and truly enjoys his job. He is a local as he grew up in Woodbridge and has stuck around because of his love for the area. He is a single Dad of one beautiful son and in his free time, he likes hanging out with his son, friends and family.
Crawford Conniff
Crawford began his career during college at the University of Maryland and has been very successful because he is truly dedicated to helping homeowners realize their home improvement goals! Crawford has extensive experience in sales consulting and project management and takes pride in helping his clients realize their exterior remodeling dreams.In his free time, Crawford enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family including his fiancé, his two daughters, and his energetic dog.

Stratton Motley
Stratton has spent the majority of his life in Prince William County. He has been in the home improvement industry for over 20 years. He takes pride in providing white glove customer service to all of our clients and looks forward to being your Project Manager for your Window and Door or Roofing projects! In his free time Stratton enjoys being outdoors and watching sports! His favorite sport is football and is a big Washington Commanders fan! When his daughter was growing up he even coached her softball team.

Aaron Burns
Aaron began his in-home sales career putting himself through college at UNCW where he earned a BA of Communications. He found his passion working with homeowners and sold hurricane protection systems for their homes during the case of a hurricane. Aaron has since been in sales, design and project management successfully staying in the in-home sales environment. He takes pride in his work and loves having happy customers as the end result of his exterior remodeling jobs. In his free time he loves hiking, biking, skiing and has a love for the outdoors.

Luis Banegas
Luis is a highly motivated young professional, recognized for his hands-on approach and exceptional problem-solving abilities. He is currently pursuing an associate degree in Contracting Management at NOVA Community College. In his role as a project manager, Luis demonstrates strong leadership and a commitment to excellence, always willing to assist wherever needed. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he values quality time with loved ones and enjoys taking walks with his dog. A dedicated JDM enthusiast, Luis is also an active participant in car meets, where he shares his passion for automotive culture.

Meet Young (pictured left) our gutter installation crew chief! Young is dedicated solely to improving the gutter system of your home. He has been installing gutters for decades and always completes his work in a timely fashion. A very loyal and dedicated employee, Young will do what ever it takes to help make installation an easy process for the homeowner.
Manny
Siding & Trim & Roofing Crew Chief
Manny has been with Sunshine for over 12 years! He has been installing siding, trim, and roofing for over 20 years. He is a true craftsman who takes pride in the work he installs. In his free time Manny enjoys spending time with his 2 children and wife, his dog, and reading mystery books!
