GE Capital has over 75 years of experience in the consumer financing industry.  Sunshine Contracting has partnered with GE Capital to offer flexible financing options that allow you to make affordable payments every month.  With a secure website and the GE Capital Consumer Center (www.gogecapital.com), they make it safe, simple, and secure so you can manage your financing online and set up automatic payments if desired.  Once registered on their Consumer Center, you can schedule future payments, enroll in monthly Auto-Pay, make a same-day payment, or even cancel or change open payments.

If you decide to pursue our financing options, the first step is to fill out a Consumer Application.  We will then send your application to GE Money and they will determine if you qualify for financing.  We typically receive an answer about qualification within 30 minutes of sending it to GE.  If approved, you will fill out a Sales Slip, which will be provided to you by Sunshine Contracting.  The sales slip simply states what is being replaced on your home and the cash sale price.

We will then schedule you into production and complete the remodeling work on your home.  Once the work is complete, you are required to sign a Completion Certificate, which will also be provided to you by Sunshine Contracting.  This certification states that all services have been satisfactorily performed.   Sunshine Contracting will then send all your documents to GE Money Financing and your payments and financing with GE will begin.
